What counts as a successful referral

  • A friend you have not referred before.
  • A valid referral code belonging to an existing KitsuMachi customer.
  • A completed purchase over $25 in eligible merchandise, after discounts and before tax and shipping.
  • An order that is not cancelled, refunded or flagged as fraudulent.
  • Three distinct friends, each qualifying once. Repeat orders from the same friend do not count.
  • You cannot refer yourself, and visiting the site or creating an account never counts.

Reward rules

  • 20% off one eligible order.
  • Single use, and tied to the customer who earned it.
  • Validated at checkout before it can be applied.
  • Not available until all 3 referrals are verified.
  • Not redeemable for cash.
  • Does not apply to tax.
  • Does not apply to shipping.
  • Does not apply to gift cards.
  • Does not apply to refunded or cancelled orders.
  • Does not stack with other discounts.
  • Withdrawn if a qualifying referral is reversed before it is used.
  • One referral reward per customer at launch.
