How it works
STEP 1
Shop qualifying merchandise
Your qualifying merchandise subtotal is what counts — tax, shipping, gift cards and refunded items never do.
STEP 2
Complete your order
The reward is earned on the order you finish, and applies to your next one — never to the order that earned it.
STEP 3
Receive your reward card
Eligible shipments include a KitsuMachi Rewards card carrying a QR code.
STEP 4
Scan to check your reward
The QR opens this page, where eligibility is verified and the reward that applies to you is presented.
The KitsuMachi Rewards QR card
Scan the KitsuMachi Rewards QR code included with eligible shipments to access your reward.
Scan the card to visit the Rewards page. Once rewards launch, eligible completed orders will be verified before a reward can be issued.

Rewards apply to future purchases only. The 15% reward is capped at 15, and the 20% reward is capped at 25. Each reward expires 45 days after issuance, is single-use, and cannot be combined with other discounts. Qualifying-spend exclusions apply.
