Welcome to KitsuMachi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KitsuMachi website, products, and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Online Store
KitsuMachi operates an online store offering apparel, accessories, artwork, lifestyle products, and other merchandise. Many products are created using print-on-demand or made-to-order production. Product availability may change without notice.
2. Eligibility
By making a purchase, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into the transaction or have authorization from a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, colors, artwork, and other information accurately. Actual products may vary slightly because of screen and display settings, manufacturing processes, printing methods, material characteristics, product dimensions, print placement, and production tolerances. Mockups and digital product images are intended to represent the final product but may not perfectly reproduce its physical appearance.
4. Sizing
Customers are responsible for reviewing available size charts and measurements before ordering. Sizing may vary between products and manufacturers. Because many products are made to order, purchasing the incorrect size generally does not qualify for a free replacement or refund unless otherwise required by law.
5. Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated by the website and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other applicable charges may be added where required. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, description, or technical errors. If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact you to provide appropriate options.
6. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance. We may cancel, limit, or decline an order for legitimate reasons including product unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, technical or pricing errors, violation of these Terms, shipping restrictions, or production limitations. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.
7. Made-to-Order Products
Many KitsuMachi products are manufactured specifically after an order is placed. Once production begins, cancellation or modification may not be possible. Please carefully review products, quantities, colors, sizes, and shipping information before submitting your order.
8. Payments
Payments are processed using third-party payment providers. You agree to provide current and accurate billing and payment information and authorize applicable charges associated with your purchase.
9. Shipping
Production and shipping times vary. Estimated delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise. Products within a single order may be produced at different facilities and may arrive in separate shipments. Please review our Shipping Policy for additional information.
10. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged products, and replacements are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and Damaged Product & Replacement Policy. Nothing in those policies limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer law.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the KitsuMachi website and its original content, including original artwork, graphics, designs, logos, branding, photographs, text, layouts, and other creative materials, are owned by or licensed to KitsuMachi and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a KitsuMachi product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or intellectual-property rights. Except as permitted by law or with our written authorization, KitsuMachi content may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, commercially exploited, resold as digital artwork, or used to create competing merchandise.
12. User Conduct
You may not use our website to violate applicable law; commit or facilitate fraud; interfere with website security; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; scrape or systematically extract protected content in violation of applicable law or these Terms; infringe intellectual-property rights; impersonate another person; or abuse customer-service systems.
13. Reviews and User-Submitted Content
If you voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, comments, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit that material and that it does not violate applicable law or another person's rights. Any permission for KitsuMachi to reuse customer-submitted content for marketing will be governed by applicable law and any permissions requested at the time.
14. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions may have separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, exclusions, or other conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined. We may cancel or correct promotions affected by technical errors, fraud, or abuse.

Our website may rely on or link to services provided by independent third parties, including payment processors, ecommerce providers, production partners, shipping carriers, and social platforms. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly provided by KitsuMachi or required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses resulting from your unlawful misuse of the website, infringement of another person's rights, or material violation of these Terms.

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to KitsuMachi's principal place of business, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply based on a customer's location.
